Location search: Find the nearest branch, parcel machine, or pick-up point, even without GPS. Shipment tracking: Automatically track shipments by scanning tracking numbers. Stamp letters: Purchase digital stamps and write the code on the envelope. Send/return parcels: Address, frank, and have parcels picked up or dropped off. “My shipments”: Get an updated overview of all your incoming shipments with push notifications. Check address: Quickly find locations, postal codes, and addresses. Missed mail: Scan the QR code on the collection notice to extend deadlines or plan a second delivery. Report damages: Easily report damaged shipments. Contact: Quick access to the customer service center. Change language: Available in DE, FR, IT, and EN.
