From version 3.4.09 : DQA(Device Quality Agent) is the logging agent for the quality of the Samsung Devices. DQA gets several information of device like Over-heat, App/Modem Crash, Sluggish, etc. (There is no personal information.) All logs are used for the samsung customer.
