- When your Galaxy settings are changed to suit your situation in modes and routines, your smart home devices can be also changed to suit your situation.
- When sleep mode starts on your Galaxy, the lights can be dimmed and blinds can be closed.

With SmartThings Companion, you can quickly and easily control devices registered to SmartThings through various apps in any situation to suit your needs. You can control smart devices such as lights, appliances like air conditioners and air purifiers, TVs, speakers, blinds and more that are registered to your SmartThings through various Galaxy features like Phone, Modes and Routines, Clock, Smart View, Weather, and Calendar.

[Key Functions]

- When you make a phone call with your Galaxy device, you can instantly mute nearby TVs, projectors, and speakers, or pause the robot vacuum.

- When you change your Galaxy device’s modes using Modes and Routines to match your situation, you can control the devices registered to SmartThings. For example, when you activate Sleep Mode on your phone, the lights will dim, and the air conditioner and air purifier will switch to sleep-friendly modes. If you wear your Galaxy Watch5 to bed, your TV and lights will automatically turn off, helping you sleep better.

- When an alarm goes off in your Clock app, the TV and lights will automatically turn on, and your blinds will open along with the alarm. Similarly, when you set a sleep time on your phone, you can have the lights automatically dim and have the air conditioner and air purifier switch to sleep-friendly modes.

- With Smart View, when you mirror your smartphone content to the TV, you can have the lights automatically turn off and have the blinds lowered to create an ideal viewing environment.

- In the Weather app, you can check the outdoor fine dust levels and the indoor air quality detected by your air purifier, and control the purifier accordingly.

- You can receive notifications for events saved in your Calendar app through your TV and speaker.
